    anyone ever use this site ? and is it legal in North Carolina where everything under the sun is illegal ?

    Been playing there for over a year....cool site. They have big games (20k) about once a month on big racing days. You can get into daily tournies starting I think around 4$. I like the head to head games they offer.

    They've also always paid....I think the most I've won at once was about 1200$ and it was sent via check from a bank in Louisiana (takes about 4 days).

    Just signed up. Looks like a good way to play the horses. Legal in most states(7 states on restricted list).

    It says on their website that the restricted states are AZ, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Tennessee, Vermont, and Washington.
