    Alright...I'm sitting at 5-4 with 3 weeks left before playoffs....Do I make a move?

My team is HORRIBLE...but I'm fighting for the last spot in a 12 team non-ppr...Here's my lineup

    Eli
    Rice, Spiller, Greene, Mendenhall, Dwyer
    Andre, Nicks, Washington, Britt, DHB
    Heath Miller
    Vikings D and Cardinals D
    Justin Tucker

As you can see my team sucks. NONE of my players are producing at all. My WRs are extremely week. I'm trying to make a move to get a good WR but most of the league managers rejected it. What kindof deal can I make? Can't really give up Rice since he's my only producing player

Yeah your team is pretty garbage. Your only consistent RB worth starting each week is Rice. AJ is hit or miss. Nicks and Eli should get better.

Not sure what trades you can make, because you don't have a whole lot to give away. If I were in your league, the only player on your team I'd want is Ray Rice, and I doubt your going to be giving him away.

Try to trade eli and andre johnson and spiller/greene for elite wr/rb and a value fillin(qb)

Otheriwse, without knowing your fantasy league rosters and records, there's not much we can advise you to do.

get on that waiver wire BOY!!!

    don't be a fool
    match-ups on defense, every week
    Cards/Vikes are not keepers

read the 'depth charts' for your 2nd runner
    Steelers
    Saints
    Raiders etc...
    all may waiver wire prospects

    Heath Miller is awesome(thats okay)

Eli is your leader, but don't be afraid to drop Dwyer or Mendenhall for a dome QB for the stretch
Eli might have some bad weather games that can cost you some wins

look at those #3 and #4 wide outs for those QB's that sling it all over the yard
    (Brees, Stafford, Rodgers)
these guys throw TD's to everybody
    Match-ups, match-ups, match-ups!!!!

Don't panic and do something stupid like trade Rice, Eli or Heath.
Do your friggin homework and get some guys on waivers

I can tell you who to pick up, but I can't see your whole free agency list
If your league starts a 3WR, pickup best available WR on the team your opponents Quarterback plays for
i.e. if your opponent is starting Matthew Stafford, pickup Titus Young or Ryan Broyles

On CBS, they have a projection feature, and the depth chart feature
    depth chart is my favorite

your team is only crap if you're in a 6-8 team league
    10 team+, not that bad
    just squeak into the playoffs

fantasy football is all about squeaking into the playoffs and getting hot in the playoffs
just like the real NFL(how many times have we seen wildcards win the Super Bowl, recently-uh... a lot!)

that isnt a bad team. You have a solid QB, a top 3 RB in Rice, and a TE who has performed very well. Here are your "issues"

    1. You're #2 RB spot (Greene, Spiller, and Mendy/Dwyer), I would stand pat. Mendy will be back soon and he'll be fine

    2. Both WR spots are shaky but AJ and Nicks have huge potential. I don't think you are THAT weak here

2 months ago, your team looked a lot better. Your team is definitely underperforming. I don't think people expected Nicks, Andre, and Eli to struggle this much.

I do agree with the other poster. If you can trade Eli along with one of your RB's or WR's (Spiller/Mendy/Greene/Nicks/Andre) for an elite RB/WR and a mediocre QB, I'd do it. Other than last year, Eli has never been a great fantasy QB. He had always been a pretty mediocre fantasy QB (top 12-15 fantasy QB).

Hang on to Nicks, I feel like he will start to produce in the next few weeks.

Maybe try to flip Mendenhall, Andre
