I'd go Mike Williams. He's got a really favorable matchup at home against a really bad Redskins secondary.

Thanks for the replies men, Garcon sounds like he will play limited snaps but I'm not going to start him until he's 100%. So its between M. Williams and Barden, time to flip a coin before 1PM EST.
