Michael Vick - left preseason game (8/20), hurt hand in prior preseason game
Vincent Brown - broken ankle, out at least 8 weeks
Jerome Simpson - suspended, back week 4
Mikel Leshoure - suspended, back week 3
Ryan Matthews - shoulder, may be back week 1
Austin Collie - left 8/19 game with concussion like symptoms, status TBD
Dez Bryant - left mondays practice (8/20) with a right knee injury, mri on tap
Roy Helu - questionable with 2 sore achilles as of (8/20)
Andre Caldwell - left the last preseason game (8/18) with a chest injury

After taking a forearm shot to the head from Pittsburgh Steeler LB Larry Foote,
Austin Collie left the field and was promptly taken to the locker room.
The Indianapolis Star later reported Collie was being evaluated for concussion-like symptoms.

Witten could miss the opener. Heres the latest article I could find. Looks like the team finds out if he needs surgery by next Tuesday. Could miss whole year if he needs it.

to update:
dez bryant has patellar tendinitis, not a good start for him this year already and might not be worth drafting IMO...trouble on/off the field, overrated, now an injury that will nag him basically the whole season

vick has a rib injury, x-rays came back negative but he is still going for an MRI...still a troubling sign as he had a significant rib injury last year i believe

adrian peterson will be held out of the rest of the preaseason and may be on limited carries to start the year as he is trying to bounce back from a torn ACL/MCL

both brandon jacobs (left knee) and lamichael james (left ankle) of san fran are looking good to go for the season opener, but both probably arent great draft choices with the RB committee shaping up with them and frank gore

Not so much injury, but Mike Wallace is scheduled to report to Steelers camp this weekend...this should surely move him up your draft boards a little bit

agree just seems like he runs into danger and they dont protect him, he is to fast so none of his line man can keep up trying to hold a block, injury season for him again.

Pittsburgh Steelers right guard David DeCastro dislocated his knee cap, tore his MCL and suffered some damage to his patellar tendon. But his ACL is intact, according to sources. The team is unsure if the 2012 first-round draft pick will be able to return this season after receiving the results of his MRI on Sunday. - The Associated Press

This is a big deal because DeCastro was probably the most valuable addition to the Steelers’ lineup this year after the offensive line has had so many leaks the past couple of seasons, so this should negatively affect all Pittsburgh offensive players fantasy wise.
