    Player Thoughts - Mikel LeShoure

    We all know he is suspended for the first two games of the season, but does he emerge as the Lions starting RB?

    Kevin Smith has injury problems, and the other backs aren't going to cut it.

    Jahvid Best probably not playing this year, already out 6 games, if he stays on the PUP list to start the season.

    LeShoure is on my watch list, because he didn't get drafted.

    He has a lot of ability but I think Lions will be pass heavy again and he isn't a great receiving back.

    yeh i don't like any of the lions rb really, too bad he got hurt, etc

    Kevin smith would need to get hurt first . Better in a non ppr league

    I think he could emerge as their #1 back even if Smith doesn't get hurt. We all know what Smith brings to the table. ML is unknown to them really. If he gets in games and plays well, he could definitely become their #1 back. I'm in an intense keeper league and he's certainly been a player I've watched closely this pre-season as a potential scoop if the price was right.
