Drafted my 1st team tonight - just a $20 to win $1201st/$60-2nd 10 team league

ended up with 4rth pick then 17th in the 2nd round etc.

think I did ok for it being june and my 1st draft
    QB vick - 5th round
RB Lesean mccoy - 1st round
RB Ad. peterson - 2nd round
WR Greg jennings - 3rd round
WR marques colston - 4rth round (was iffy on this pick)
WR Desean Jackson - 7th round
TE Vernon Davis - 6th round
    K - John kasay - 14th round (saints kicker)
    DEF - Houston - 10th round

    My bench is
RG3 - for the vick bye week
    Roy helu
    Justin Blackmon
Ben tate (in case of foster injury not a bad back up last pick)
    Reggie wayne
Cinci D (usually I will swap my backup defense each week if houston is playing in a tough spot)

Let me know what you guys think (could be in trouble on the eagles bye week lol)

Even though your team looks good on paper I don't think its as good as it sounds. I'm not sure who else was available but I wouldn't have takin Mccoy. Peterson is also a bit risky due to last year's injury. Love the Helu pick I think he will continue to be good. 10th round seems too early to take a defense in a 10 team league. Who else was available for QB in the 5th round. Even though Vick has a huge upside he is a risky pick and injury prone. Good luck.

What's wrong with McCoy? He is solid, and if this is a PPR, he is even better.

Nothing wrong with McCoy, Peterson is rather risky though. Colston does sound a bit of a reach in the 4th.

Way to early to have a ff draft. To many things can and will change.

Vick is always good for a few missed games. I'm sure he will be hurt again this year.

My league always waits to the last possible draft time. No way in hell I'd draft in June, July, or beginning of August.

always good to do 1 or 2 leagues early especially if you know your football and sleepers and can get certain players earlier then normal

    McCoy : great pic
AP: great value in round 2
If he doesn't work out you always have helu
Jennings: solid, averages where u got him
    Colston: another good pick
    Vick: good value
I would of waited and took another wr or rb
but your ok with this pick
    V davis; another good pick
D jackson: considering it was round 7 and he is your 3rd
wr : another good pick. He was some teams 1st or 2nd best
wr last year but didn't produce. As a 7th rd pick, you can't go wrong

Kasey won't be the k in New orleans
    Houston: solid D

RG3: 2 africans at qb: phew. Gl with that, but Vick RG3
    combo will be okay

    Helu: love helu for receptions:
Blackmon: no telling, could bust but who cares, you don't even need
    to play him
Ben Tate: good trade value to the guy with Foster. Could
be a quality bye week rb

Love Reggie Wayne this year. Especially has your bye week replacement.
Considering where he gets drafted, excellent pick. Hoping to get wayne
late myself. Luck is much better then last years bum.

cincy: I would just have 1 d on my team. I would cut cincy
and pickup some sleeper off of free agency. You can always cut someone later
    during houstons bye week.

    overall: i rate it a 8 out of 10
your team has an excellent chance of winning it all
    Just need a little luck

There may be some weeks i would play wayne over jackson perhaps. it just
depends. This is where managing your team and being a good
    manager comes in.

I hate having defense. I'm in a league with individual defense, but I've always used just 1 Defense and drop them on the bye week.

I've had team defenses win me weeks sometimes. Last year, was when the Lions D harassed Tebow all game. They had 7 sacks, a couple of fumble recoveries, a INT, and a couple of defensive TD's. While holding the Broncos to 10 points.

    That was a great weekend.

Yeah think I'm only going to carry 1 D on my next draft coming up on Sunday - and maybe look to take a better D and hold til the bye
