    South Florida -13.5 or Miami +23 , help me choose the better play?

    I'm stuck!


    I'm pretty sure south florida will cover the 13 points with relative ease, but then I think, will Miami really lose by more than 23?

    I guess the safer bet right now tho is south florida..
