They have scored 31 or more in 5 straight games and 7 of their last 8, including 35 points last year against Memphis. Memphis' defense is nothing special either, giving up 31.36 PPG over their last 14 games, with 41 coming last week against Ole Miss. Clement and Dillard should have no problem with the tigers secondary tonight. Also, in the last 3 seasons the over is 25-6 with Rice as an underdog.

I like Rice on the ML +140 too....but I think you may have the better play! I have Georgia Over 40.5 today too! Central Michigan gave up 55 pts/gm in 3 road games at BCS opponents last year!
