As it turns out, Cam Newton isn't the only area of interest the NCAA has in the Auburn Tigers. NCAA investigators where in Louisiana this week interviewing people regarding the recruitment of offensive lineman Greg Robinson and wide receiver Trevon Reed. At issue is at least one of these players flashing cash and a new iPhone to his coaches and classmates following an unofficial visit to Auburn last year.
Remember this name..Trooper Taylor. Down the road this Auburn assistant is going to cause the Tigers a lot of pain. Count on it!
Auburn is in for it now. THe NCAA does not investigate schools unless they have an iron clad case. The only two questions that remain is how long will this last, and how tough will the punishment be.

It will be interesting when Auburn sinks to the status of "also-ran" this season in the SEC West. They should have received a huge bump on recruiting this year by winning the N.C. last season. Let's see what happens after a 6-6 or 7-5 season.
