    Pitt/uconn

Slack line tonite, should be really around 8.5. Based on momentum and a staggering split in stats ( not shitty trends), Pitt wins by atleast 13 as i see it. The recruiting talent and coaching on the panthers side is also a gimme. Baldwin 97 yds and 2 td's. 27-14 area....now give me the other side fellas!

Seems real low seeing how well Pitt has played covering in 3 straight weeks and come in with a top 10 rush defense against UCONN who loves to pound the rock. May be a trap but Ill take the bait, Pitt -5.5

This game breaks down to Pittsburgh's #8 rushing defense against UConn's Jordan Todman who is ranked No. 4 in the country in rushing averaging 136 yards per game.

If Pitt shuts Todman down, they will win and cover. If Todman has a big game...will probably be a close game.

    * Both teams are coming off a rested Saturday so both should be fresh and ready to go.

west virginia had that game wrapped up if they didnt fumble it away, pitt doesnt turn it over often and their qb sunseri is pretty responsible with the ball. Weather is not gonna be an issue here either, too much talent and a scoring diff of 106-38 in recent games all points to a double digit win here...typically line movements may disuade a play of mine but this looks too strong as i would think even if there is some rlm late pitt is still the play and cover

With UConn being 4-0 at home ATS, it's a little scary being on Pitt especially with Wannstedt as coach. But like you mentioned with their momentum and the talent advantage it's too hard to pass.

I like Pitt here as well. UConn had a lucky win against West Virginia (who aren't that great anyway) and Pitt performs well on the road. They have only three losses this season, all against good teams (if you count ND as one). Pitt is just an all around better team. Better coached, better offense, better Defense. All UConn has right now is an overhyped undefeated home record and a good RB.
