    Is Cam Newton (Auburn) the best QB in SEC

    First, I am an Alabama fan so it hurts me to praise anything about Auburn. Cam Newton is the best quarterback in the Southeastern Conference. Can you imagine if he was still at Florida with his running ability.

    Yes, I know all about Arkansas' QB.....he just can't do what the Auburn guy can do to defenses.

    Slew, understand my friend but the he ran for 176 against South Carolina. My two main horses at Bama only managed about 80 together.

    The kid is a player for sure.

    Newton has Auburn undefeated and without him....they wouldn't be.

    National ranking:

    Rushing - 17th (672 yards, 6.4 av, 9 tds)
    Passing Efficiency - 2nd (1138 yds, 12 tds)
    Total Offense - 12th (1810 yds, 301 ypg, 21 tds)

    The kid is having a great season.

    As far as college QBs, I'd take Newton over anyone from that conference. Still think Mallett is the best QB prospect in the SEC though.

    Its my belief that ryan mallet will show cam how its done this weekend. i think this game has the makings to be one of the best games in the SEC of the season and maybe even one of the best games of the year. I think cam newton will struggle mightily against this underrated ARK defense. If i HAD to make a prediction. Id say i could see the final score being Ark 24-23 with ryan mallet throwing a late TD to win it
