If anyone else is sick of BS bashing-filled threads, join me. I'm not a regular poster but have been capping for quite some time and want to put my picks out there for discussion and general "enlightenment". If you think I suck, good for you. If you think I'm awesome, thanks in advance. (all plays are played for more than just a few "real" dollars at a "real" book and will be accurately and honestly reflected in my spreadsheet). All for 1U, no "POY" or "locks" from me. Maybe. Maybe a 2U play from time to time. Thats about it.

Up for discussion this week are the following plays (mine in bold):

Miami -3 @ Clemson
Temple -5 @ Army
Va. Tech -4 @ NC St. (NOT placed yet...intend to but line moving possibly my way so in a holding pattern)
Michigan -10 @ Indiana
Duke @ Maryland -7 (bought down from -7.5 for -120)
Georgia -4.5 @ Colorado
Penn St. @ Iowa -7

This week it looks like a lot of chalk, which isn't and won't be the case for the entire season. Although I will admit that I tend to look for under-valued favs (call it my "system"...if you will. But there is no system. Just my brain. And it has worked so far )

Iowa especially. I am also sitting on the line waiting for movement in VT/NC State----

Indiana is certainly a paper tiger. They haven't played anyone yet, and Robinson appears healthy---and is ready to go. Michigan also seems like a solid play.

My thoughts exactly on Indiana...I saw them play at WKU (my team...yeah we suck...ohh well) and they really didn't impress me.

As far as the other games, I'm leaning fairly heavily on the Temple/Penn st game last week, as the result of that game has me playing both for temple and against PSU.

Iowa has really been a solid team with the exception of one brain fart- and they came out the next week and absolutely destroyed Iowa St. I think they are going to play with a real chip on their shoulder for the remainder of the season, and when better to prove that than a big conference game like this week?!?

As much as it pains me to say, Michigan looks like the real deal and until Robinson quits looking like a stud, I can't see them stopping the domination that has been their season so far.

I like Georgia -4.5. I follow the Buffs a bit. That program is in full-on meltdown mode. Getting ugly. Very good chance for Georgia to win this one large.

I think Maryland runs away with it in the second half. Georgia needs to pick it up and I like your Stanford play. I liked Iowa the whole week but I keep picturing a backdoor cover by PSU so I teased them down to -1.5 with Wake +16. I hate teasers but I really wanted to do something with Iowa. I think they win, just not completely sold on 7, 7.5 at most places (which I got). Either way, BOL
