Need An Answer from some sharp bettors.

Wake Forest beats Duke by 54 points. Alabama is only a 24 point fav against Duke. Why??? Especially with two starters returning and one of those being Ingram. The lines makers are a lot smarter than me but I just don't get this one. C'mon sharps give me some insight into this.

First of all, Wake Forest didn't beat duke by 54. Wake Forest won the game 54-48 if memory serves me correctly.

Secondly, well actually, there is no secondly. Point 1 should be all you need to know to figure that out.

Bama gets up by 28 early, then lets off the gas pedal. Duke gets a couple of garbage TD's, and the backdoor cover screws all that lay the road juice.

I'm pretty sure we don't need to watch this game at all, the above post sounds like the game summary. Completely agree! -Giovanni

EDIT: Nick Saban isn't going to risk injury to Mark Ingram against a far inferior team. Look for him to get spot duty just to ease him back into the fold.

the misread on the WF score notwithstanding, never apply the transitive property in wagering. it simply doesn't work. if that was the case, then weeks one and two would lead you to conclude that James Madison is two points better than Boise State.

Cutcliffe is a Bama grad. I doubt Bama will attempt to run it up more than they have to on him and that is on top of the usual resting of guys to keep them healthy for the SEC.

Sorry. Meant to say Wake scored 54 on Duke. Anyway, I believe if Wake can score this many points on Duke then Bama scores at least 56 and shuts out Duke. Final score 56-0 Alabama. Putting 2x on it.

Alabama's third string RB, (forget name) would start on half of the SEC schools teams. I can't see Alabama not being up by 30+ points going into the last...... who knows from there though

Duke can score though. I think the over would be a better bet.
