    Oregon -10

    Let's go Ducks!

After what they did last week, how can you not be high on them ducks? Vols are a good team but I don't think they can play with the best of them this year.

    GO DUCKS!

Well, a lot of people who haven't been to an SEC night game just don't understand. You put 110,000 people in a stadium that have been drinking all day and you will find out how hard it is. I always stay away from TN but I have been laughing at the posts about Oregon rolling tonight.

sec fans think they have it figured out and no one else knows how to play football but when was the last time anyone but Florida, Alabama, and LSU produced something meaningful? Vols and the rest of them are bottom feeders, just cause you have a big ass fan base does not mean you are gonna win.

i think Ducks are contenders this year man, they are going to surprise a lot of people. one thing i like about them is they dont let off the gas, even if they are up by 60 points, they are still gonna try to score.

You might want to do a little reading about Autzen Stadium, 59,000 of the loudest fans in College Football.

According to ESPN, Oregon's Autzen Stadium is the loudest at 127.2 db, recorded on October 27, 2007 USC at Oregon.

    The Noise

"Per square yard, the loudest stadium in the history of the planet."
    - Keith Jackson, ABC Sports.

"The Autzen Bounce causes deafness in laboratory rats."
    - Dennis Dodd, CBSSportsline.

"Q: What would you say the loudest stadiums are? Corso: I think Autzen Stadium. Per person, the Oregon stadium is the loudest stadium I've ever been in. The fact that it's so low to the ground doesn't allow the sound to escape."
    - Lee Corso, ESPN GameDay.

"If you've never been to a game at Autzen Stadium do yourself a favor and get there soon. One word for the experience. Loud. Hurt your ears loud. Make them bleed loud. The Big Ten has nothing as loud as Autzen."
    - BigTenTailgate.com

"Per capita, Autzen is the loudest venue in all of college football."
    J. Brady McCollough, The Michigan Daily.

"It's very tough. The crowd there is unbelievably educated on when to be loud and when to calm down when they have the ball. It's just a very tough environment with the noise and just trying to communicate."
    - Jeff Tedford, Cal HC

"They are very difficult to beat at home. The crowd is, from every report I get, from every coach I've spoken with, a real factor. You have to learn to communicate without talking, because talking doesn't do you any good."
    - Lloyd Carr, Michigan HC (before playing at Autzen).

"That's the loudest stadium I've ever been in."
    - Lloyd Carr, Michigan HC (after playing at Autzen).

"Crowd noise is almost an unfair advantage. You can't check plays, you seemingly have less time on the play clock and everything starts to feel really rushed."
    - Troy Taylor, Cal QB

"They're going to be loud from the first snap until the last snap. They are right on top of you and they're just relentless."
    - Barry Alvarez, Wisconsin HC.

"You can hear a pin drop when their offense is on the field, and when our offense is out there, it's like being in a thunderstorm."
    - Thomas DeCloud, Cal Safety.

Oregon looked impressive. I stand corrected

By the way, I never said anything derogatory towards you. What is with the hostility?
Call me out if you want to lil girl, but that just shows how insecure you are.
Oregon doesn't quite have the fan base because Oregon State does. Everyone likes beavers....except you maybe. If you were an SEC fan, you would be starting a South Carolina thread and 'riding the cocks'.
I think it is funny how you mentioned damn near every team in the conference before you got to a team who hasn't won a national championship in the SEC.

I dont know why you are so high on Oregon. You sound like all those Boise State backers. After a tough game against New Mexico, they come into a unranked Tennessee team. Their next tough game next week is Portland State followed by a list of powderpuffs. The hardest game they will play will probably be a struggling USC or Washington. wow. Stick Oregon in a real conference like the SEC and see how they fair against them. Play Alabama, turn around the next week and play Florida, then prepare yourself against Georgia in between the hedges followed by LSU in death valley. Oregon would not survive in a real conference. They would be injured on both sides of the ball and would be wishing the games would end so they could go home. My advice to you is to keep your Ducks off the pedestal, because when it comes to nut crunching at the end of the year, an SEC or Big 12 team will probably be stomping you down like a duck on a pond. Oregons schedule is ranked 78. That is the bottom quarter of all cfb. Dont be too proud my friend.
