    Mr Gold,

What's the bet tonight? I want to go with my hometeam I just have a feeling they might get crushed on national tv.

Let me explain why Hawaii is likely to be a good bet: They are in the Western Athletic Conference, the same conference that made damn sure Nevada laid down for Boise St. last year so they could collect mucho BCS bucks. If Hawaii goes undefeated with a sweet margin of victory then they will likely gain a BCS berth and again, the conference wins. Idaho knows where their bread is buttered.

If this is true then why did Boise State barely won last year at SJSU with a FG as time expired?

SJSU will keep the game close again. Hawaii will have a hard time beating the Spartans. Remember this is Sparta! No surrender no retreat.

Isn't Bob from Bay area? I heard he promised a party with strippers for SJSU players if they cover to save his ass.

LSU would be about -28 or so against Hawaii

Actually, coach understated it. They'd probably be about a 31-34 pt favorite and be covering by halftime.....and, yes, I would have said that before they were being ass-kicked by the mighty SJSU Spartans.

They also should have zero chance at a BCS bid even if they go undefeated. Playing schedule #119 out of 119 earns you a big bowl of nothing.

tough call coach...but i agree on LSU vs . Hawaii. I'd probably put it closer to -26 than to -28. But i doubt Hawaii can put up more than 2 TDs on LSU's defense.
