This is a MUST win for Jimbo and A&M. He's still guaranteed to make $85M if they fire him but there's a lot of disgruntled alumni with deep pockets. Do they continue to play like shit or do they get their act together. This line seems about right, so I'm laying off.

That surprises me a little. I'll list a few reasons:
1) The season-opening win vs Sam Hou St now looks phony. Sam Hou lost to No Ariz, 10-3, last week.
2) The App St loss didn't appear to be fake. App St converted 3rd downs well, more FD 22 to 9.
3) Miami has looked pretty good, admittedly vs lesser foes.

Was really expecting to see it dip toward -4.

That said, Johnson can rush and Jimbo might be wise to keep a balanced attack from the QB if he wants to win.

Johnson probably should been starting to begin with. King was next level bad against app state. A&M is a talented team, and often when a talented team has to hear everyone shit on them all week, they come out with a good effort.

I wound up passing the game. Thought about it too much, and I believed in Cokin's MIA opinion. I thought it was TXAM or pass.

Jimbo's post-game comments were pretty honest. Johnson was solid, but needs good protection. TxAM won w/ a very compromised 2ndary.
