    All the NCAA QB shuffles......

Guess it’s an evolution of the game.
Hard to take it when you are the big fish in the little pond of high school football then see reality

i think it's just natural. surprised it took this long to explode.

basically teams recruit a QB pretty much every year and then have multi-year starters. so no minutes for many QB's. not really applicable to any other position as minutes are largely shared (and more than one starter anyway)

i should note that grad transfer probably caused the explosion............ AND, players and their families are probably more likely to hire an aggressive lawyer when the NCAA says you have to sit out a year. basically, the NCAA doesn't want to air its dirty laundry in public (and it has alot of it)

The NFL Owners love this. Get some kid in and out of college quickly. Maybe two years. Three at the most. Then sign him for the minimum 5 year contract and dump some guy with 5 years experience getting ready to make some good money. Then dump his arse before he can make any real money after 5 years. And the beat goes on.
