There are several showdown games between 5-6 teams. The winners of these games become bowl eligable. The losers are out:

Big 12: Baylor vs Texas Tech in Arlington. Baylor could have wrapped up a Bowl bid but managed only 9 points in a 16-9 loss to TCU. They are 1-4 in their last 5. T-Tech has lost their last 4 games and only managed 6 points against Kansas State yesterday. Good Luck picking this one.

Big 10: Purdue @ Indiana. Purdue dropped a triple OT game at Wisconsin yesterday. They started out 0-3, then won 4 straight, and since that streak have dropped 3 out of their last 4 games. Indiana started out 4-1, but are 1-5 after that start. Last season Purdue knocked Indiana out of a Bowl game.

SEC: Tennessee @ Vanderbilt. Tennessee looked like they got the ship righted with an upset win against Kentucky, but were destroyed by Mizzou yesterday. Vandy beat Ole Miss yesterday to put themselves in this position. Vandy is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 vs Tennessee.

Pac 12 West: Three teams must win to become bowl eligible and it is unlikely that more than one will pull this off. Arizona hosts rival Arizona State needing a win to become Bowl eligible. 4 of State's 5 losses have come on the road. The home team has won the last 5 games between these two. Arizona is the team most likely to get a bowl bid.
Colorado goes to Cal. Colorado started out 5-0 and has since lost their last 6 games. Colorado is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games against Cal. Cal has Stanford after this game. USC needs a win to become bowl eligible and must host Notre Dame. The only question about this game is who will be the HC at USC because the Irish will win by 21 or more points. Helton will be fired. It is just a question of when.
