I assume you mean -14. My book has Ark St -14.5.... which makes me lean towards the favorite.

You have a Georgia State team that is 2-4 S/U, 1-4 ATS against an Arkansas State team that is 3-3 S/U, 1-4 ATS. Georgia is 2-3 Under vs the number and Arkansas is 0-5 Under vs the number. Pass on the spread. Gun to head, Under on the total (57 in Vegas now).

Arkansas State off the butt whippin App St laid on them, Ga St bad on both sides of the ball, Ga St seems to score in the 4th quarter after the dogs are called off, I'm passing on this Thursday night snoozer
