    Emu -1

Taking a half bet on this one last minute.

EMU getting better with every game after stumbling a bit. Starting to look like the 7 win team of last year. I like when Shaq Vann is healthy, he makes them a better team. CMU is better than I thought they'd be at this point, but EMU the more complete team right now.

Are they cracking down on capital letters in the title or something? Every time I try to post an acronym, it comes out mostly lowercase. LT, how do you avoid this?

EMU does everything they can to fukktard the game away, and still had a chance to win it late.

HC Chris Creighton does this shit all the time. Don't get me wrong, he's the reason EMU isn't a punchline anymore, but it takes waaayyyy too long for his teams to figure out what the hell's going on in a game, they start slow just about every week. This speaks to really good in-game adjustments, but shitty preparation, at least from a schematic point of view.

I start out a half unit down for the week. I'll live.

What in game adjustments? They were outscored 14-13 in the 2nd half. More excuses.

The only reason they were outscored is because of a pick 6 with 45s to play. Do you even watch games or just read boxscores?

Central Michigan only had 1 first down the entire 2nd half. EMU completely dominated the 2H they just couldn't pull it off.

Gentlemen. I have said it before and I will say it again. There is only ONE reason why you make a losing wager. That reason is simple. You wagered on the WRONG TEAM!!! No excuses. I will not accept any excuses. We all do it. No one is perfect. Some are better than others at it. I could care less why you think a team lost. The ONLY thing that counts is the balance in my wagering accounts. That is the attitude of every winning gambler, of which there are extremely few in this forum. Unfortunately there are way too many people in here who think that making excuses for their losing wagers is more important than trying to figure out why they made the losing wager to begin with and how to avoid such a wager in the future. People in here are too worried about impressing other people. The truth is that no one gives a crap about anyone else in here. If you want to impress someone, show them the MONEY. Show them the winning record. If you are not willing to keep a record, similar to the one I do on a Betting Spreadsheet, which SBR has been kind enough to make available to every poster in here, then you are nothing but a PHONY. Worthless people desperate for attention. Air bettors and liars. You have no guts and no cajones. Just like the guys who will not become "Pros" and give you a million reason why they will not do it, when we all know that the truth of the matter is they are either too cheap, or do not have the $100.00 to donate to a Childrens Charity like the "Make A Wish Foundation."

Actually that is not totally true. There are numerous times where you can have the right side and get the wrong result. Every week there are teams that should and should not cover but weird shit happens. Turnovers are usually the reason

One game sticks out in mind. A few yrs ago I bet buff vs kc. Buff outgained kc like 450 yards to 220 and lost. Buff had an int returned 100 yards for a td. They had another int in the endzone and they had a fg blocked that set up another kc td. Clearly the bills were the right side but LUCK was not on their side and KC won even though they were completely dominated. You cannot handicap turnovers

You are in the wrong hobby my friend.

If you cannot account for near league record INT returns and know the kick projectory of all kickers in the league and know which ones are more prone to blocked FG then you need to go back to the drawing board, rook.

I’ve been doing this since I was 14 and I can tell you I have seen so much weird shit that you cannot account for. Sometimes it just happens. Right side wrong result happens every week

I go into your threads to contribute. You come into mine to talk shit. I see.

And you absolutely suck at college football betting, by the way. https://contests.sportsbookreview.co...daddyqh/picks/

Hit the NCAAF tab, it gets even worse.

When you have something you can't alter like a spreadsheet, the truth comes out doesn't it?

Tendencies. CMU leads the nation now in forced turnovers.

TOs are hard to factor in with handicapping though. Just as many people will tell you that team X (Buffalo Bills for example) is overrated because of their TO margin. Then you also have to look at who they played.

Like renegades said, right side loser. Happens all the time. Can be motivating too, since you know you're at least picking the stronger team.

His "spreadsheet" will have a different record I'm sure, but I could make an SBR spreadsheet that says I win every game. It's worthless.
