    This Weeks Big Games

Again nothing on the weekdays, so let's look at Saturday's games:

Oklahoma State @ West Virginia. Both teams have one conference loss, that coming to TCU. The loser is eliminated from the Big 12 race for all intense and purposes. Okie State has bedlam net week at home against OU. They cannot afford to look ahead.

USC @ Arizona State. The winner could be tied for the Pac 12 South title, or own it out right. USC was destroyed at Notre Dame on Satureday. QB Darnold seems to have lost his touch. Suprisingly, Arizona State has used it's defense to win their last two games, one against Washington.

N.C. State @ Notre Dame. Each team has one loss, so the loser is probably eliminated from playoff consideration. State is in a look ahead situation, hosting Clemson next week. The Irish are in the middle of a 3 game home stand, but still have road games at Miami and a much improved Stanford team left.

Penn State @ Ohio State. A huge game for both teams. A Penn State win just about guarantees a Big 10 East Championship. Ditto Ohio State, who cannot afford another loss. Penn State won last year but was still snubbed by the committee, picking Ohio State to go to the playoffs. Penn State settled for the Rose Bowl. Both teams lost.

I wouldn't say N.C. State is in a look ahead spot. If Notre Dame didn't have people's attention already, they do after last night.

Wolfpack coming off of a bye as well, they will be ready for the Irish.
