VT vs. ECU and Stanford vs. San Diego State

I don't really get the VT/ECU line.. ECU lost at home to JMU by 20, lost to WVU by 36, and VT beat WVU.... and Somehow they came up with -21 spread. I have to load up on VT.

SDState is a legit team for a few yrs now... At Home, I think they could flat out Upset Stanford.

anyone have thoughts on these gms?

i like SDSU.................. no idea on the ECU. the whole game comparison thing is tough. ECU is not good but could/should improve fast at some point while VT is not high powered. i like your play but teams like ECU can improve fast.

The way I see it, Oddsmakers think VT is a 29PPG team while ECU is a 17PPG team. ECU wont be held scoreless. The bet is really do u believe VT can score 40+.

However, VT Held WVU to 24, and Delaware to 0... I could see it being 41-17. Not very promising... But Im not going to base my final decision on the belief that ECU improves fast, even if it is exactly what happens.

It has the strongest data of all high spread games in week3, even if its just info by association.

Your points on STAN/SDST would speak louder had Stanford not been nationally embarrassed last week at USC. That was a statement loss and threatens their reputation after the McCaffery loss. Stanford has a history of huge bounce backs after big losses.

Regarding ECU. True they are garbage. BOL

I've literally never heard of a "statement loss" I'm not making fun or anything but 17 yrs gambling and all my yrs of watching sports and I've never heard of that. I know teams bounce back sometimes.. also Stanford has a history of losing seasons I'm not sure they always bounce back

    thanks for ur advice
