    UNC/Virginia Tech weather?

    Total is still at 52. I just took the under. If the weather is that bad in Raleigh, it can't be much better in Chapel Hill. ND-NC State game is delayed right now and its like 3-0 in the 2nd quarter. Hard to imagine 52 points in this slop
