    As he gets older , gets more mature which at some points , he still isn't , he will get to understand the HC position.
    You manage the overall team and coaches. It's each individual coaches job to coach their position.
    He'll get another chance but let's be honest , Raiders and Tennessee just jumped at the name , not his experience.
    Honestly , should Saban retire, I'd like to see him or push for Smart to come back .
    He can recruit , players like him and again, the coordinators are over each group. HC should manage them , they manage the rest .
