    App St lost Blair but should be solid defensively with 9 returning starters. Explosive run game returns on offense, I think they can possibly hang around with the vols

    If i took the game it'd probably be the under. Ball St is bringing back several starters from a bad defense ...but...who knows who the Ga St QB will be. Georgia State defense finished well last year. They play in the dome so weather a non factor.
