I am trying find an old thread from last year that uses strength of schedule and some power ranking (maybe sagarin) to cap. Any help.

That was never a system. It was a guy who said he was using a system but actually used something other than the system he posted.

To continue his thought...that is playing a team inside of 60 strength of schedule, though this did not work real well last season.
