    I heard a Tout on the radio say NC State -1.5 vs South Florida should be a LOCK

    And i was leaning S.Florida before this guy made his case for NC State.

    he basically said S.Florida is down to the 2nd string QB and he sucks. And also noted that S. Florida had an outstandingly positive 6 to 1 turnover ratio last week and still lost by a TD.

    He says NC State wins in blow out fashion.

    now correct me if i'm wrong but NC State sucks too right?

    i mean they have looked very pedestrian against weak opponents.
