#13 UGA -6 vs USC. Locked in to get -6, don't love it but hope to see line rise for middle opportunity at worst. Might just let it ride.

    Leans-

Ind -6 vs Bowl Green. BG starting QB out for game, back up played last game against VMI. Ind killed BG last year at home.

GA SO +21.5 vs Ga TCH. GA SO is quality team and gets a lot of points here

    WVU +3 vs MD.

Wouldnt touch that georgia/socar game for anything. Def stay away brother! Thats coming from a Carolina fan living 20 min from williams-brice.

Loving your picks so far though. Wish i wouldve grabbed BYU last week. That was a golden play.

    #14 Indiana -7 @ Bowling Grn

Bowling Grn starting QB out and back-up James Knapke is inexperienced. They beat up VMI last week but in week 1 they got the brakes beat off them 59-31 by W. Kentucky. BG gave up 702! total yds and was held to 151 yds rushing...against a W. Kentucky team that lost 10 starters from last year. Ind beat Ind State 28-10 in week one but had RB Tevin Coleman rush for 247. Field was waterlogged from heavy rain that delayed game 50 minutes so I feel that might have kept them from scoring more. IND has lost some skill position players from last year but surprisingly QB Nate Sudfeld was 3rd best in Big Ten with 13 yd average yds/completion. I really think it's a great spot for Indiana and BG will struggle this year.

    GL to all!

WallyD- you might be right about USC/GA, lots of emotion in this one! I'm starting to think about hoping for a middle, I use SportsInsights app and they have a "line watcher" tool that will send alert when line reaches specific # you set. I set the USC/GA for -7.5 and if gets there will probably take it. I can see it being a close game.

Stock Falling - Credit Southern Utah for not playing NAIA and Division II cupcakes, but the non-conference schedule is threatening to eat up a 2013 playoff team before it even gets to Big Sky action. After falling to Nevada and Southeastern Louisiana, the Thunderbirds surely need to beat South Dakota State and new all-time Missouri Valley rushing leader Zach Zenner next Saturday with a second FBS opponent (Fresno State) on the schedule a week later.

Aaron Cantu has taken the majority of snaps for the Thunderbirds this season, compiling 421 yards on 41-of-63 passing with three interceptions. The senior has connected with Chris Robinson and Mitch Jessop for his two touchdowns this season.South Dakota State will enter the game ranked No. 10/11 in the nation and with one of the most decorated running backs in the history of FCS football.

Zach Zenner (#31) has put together back-to-back 2,000-yard rushing seasons, running for 2,044 yards as a sophomore and 2,015 yards as a junior. Zenner broke the Missouri Valley Conference career record in rushing yards last week at Cal Poly, totaling more than 4,800 yards.

So far this season, Zenner has run for 109 yards in game one at Missouri and 200 yards against Cal Poly last week. Zenner is also third on the team with seven catches this season with 41 yards, averaging 5.9 yards per grab.

Quarterback Zach Lujan also brings a bite to the SDSU offense, passing for 423 yards this season and averaging 211.5 yards per game, has recorded 33 completions on 48 attempts, throwing two picks and three touchdowns.

Southern Utah defense gives up 511 yds/game average so far this year. I feel Zenner will have a big game and although SD State will have to cope with playing at high altitude they are heavy faves for a reason.

    Right now I have

    UGA -6
    Indiana -7
    South Dakota State -13

****Adding play #16 U South Fla TT u25.

NC State is terrible on D but USF QB is even worse ...39% completion I think it will be a low scoring game anyway but hoping USF doesn't figure a way to score 4 TD's. Only concern is USF kicker is pretty good, didn't miss last year under 40 yds and 11/16 from over 40. However, I still think USF scores 17 or less

    #13 UGA -6
    #14 Indiana -7
    #15 South Dakota St -13 (-120)
    #16 U So Fla TT 25
    #17 UC-Davis/Col State o55 (-120)

UC-Davis has decent FBS team, and should be able to score some against Col State who scored 31 against Colorado and 24 against Boise St. Col St D isn't real good, giving up an average of 525 yds/game. Offensively they should be able to score freely and I think this will be a 45-17 type score.

GL LtDarsh! Expecting some rain here in Carolinas, everyone thinks this will be close but I don't see it that way. I really like UGA and feel they will win big. I don't like USC run D and if they load up the box to stop the run I fell Mason is good enough to take advantage. I may be way off here but that's my opinion...

I'm not sure about Oregon. Wyoming D is much improved under new HC Bohl but could be too much Ducks here. I know the game already started but I would have gone with under. I do like that Col St already leads 7-0 against UC-Davis 3 min into game...

    Tulane/Duke o56

Tulane- avg 29 pts/game, 7 TD's in 12 trips to the red zone, played decent competition so far, should put up some points
Duke- avg 42.3 pts/game, QB Boone has 8-0 TD/INT ration, 5-5 FG's, RB Deshaun Wilson avg 16yds per rush, ran for 250 or so last game, last year ranked 29th fastest paced offense at 2.91 plays per minute, seem to be continuing this pace. I think it will be something like a 40-21 type scoe

    UNC-Charlotte +5 at Elon
UNCC 3-0 this year, avg 43 pts/game and 480 yards of offense. Allow 1.9 yd avg per rush on D, +3 in turnovers forcing 8 in 3 games. Elon is 0-2 losing to Duke 52-13 and NC A&T 17-12. They did not score a TD against A&T and allowed A&T RB Tarik Cohen to rush for 234 yds. I think the wrong team is favored here, see a 31-21 win for UNCC

Hey carcapp, I haven't been online for DAYS... But I follow your thread like clockwork..

The did have Auburn on the ML for two parlays, but I locked in that OVER on Duke in my only play yesterday. I did some research & it got me thinking that Arkansas was gonna crush NIU & I just wanted to say thanks for helping me on my ONE play yesterday with that Duke over man...

I couldn't get the Charlotte +5, so I hope they hit for ya. Looking forward to next week for sure, thanks again man

Nice hit DMoney! Bad week for me but at least still up for the year. Funny thing about UNC-Charlotte- they opened +5 and closed at -3' so I felt really good...and they lose 20-13! Oh well, I'll try again this week. Gotta try to stay away from big public plays like LSU and Auburn last week and UGA the week before...killin me!!!

Vol homer here. Stay away from the Vols game. While the value is on the Tenn side, there are too many unknowns in this matchup. I've done well calling our games so far and this is one that is tough to call.

The more I dig into it the less I like this game. 17pts seems high but the books put it there for a reason. Looking at over the total of 55' maybe. I think Tenn can put up some points. On another note, the UNC-Charlotte/Charleston Southern game opened at pk and went to Char. South +4 in like an hour. I'm in Charlotte so I keep up with this team and can't see how they are favored. Crazy line moves last week and UNC-C lost 20-13 to Elon, not sure what to make of it...

    #24 Texas State +3 / Tulsa

Texas St is an improving team, losing to Illinois 42-35. They had ball for 37:41 compared to ILL 22:19 and had 475 total yards to ILL 485. They had a 21-6 lead into the 2Q, INT by TX ST QB Tyler Jones led to ILL winning TD. Jones has 71.2 comp avg 9-2 TD-INT this year. RB Robert Lowe has rushed for 100+ yds last two games. In 35-21 loss to Navy they had ball on 2-yd line early in game and had facemask penalty, then holding penalty on next play and then delay of game that pushed ball ball to the 39, ending in a missed FG.

Tulsa has lost top WR Garrett (67 rec/845 yds/ 9 TD last year) to broken leg in second game. Tulsa avg 3.5 yds per rush and gives up 6.7 avg per game. They have not scored in the 1Q yet this year. Tulsa D is not playing well, giving up avg of 538 yds/game, even with OK ST getting 477.

I like Texas St to win this, should be close though my guess is 30-27 TX ST.

Yes we got one HAD to be 2-2 man, was just tough playing my brothers Eagles.. He was born in Philly, me in San Fran (older brother born in Dallas, LOL!!!).. Was a good game, thought we might not get it, good win for Niners at home!

You had a great week at 2-0, congrats man!!! I hit the Sat parlay AND I have one still riding with Pats ML tonight (I forgot, but had Tx St +5 on buying points in that parlay, lol...). Hoping for a good finish to the week tonight..

Smart idea to take the favs early, dogs late.. I'm looking at both of those games then, I will key them in early most likely if I like what I see.. Good info on the second post with teams "yet" to cover this year & teams who have been perfect..That's a crazy stat for Kent St to be losing by over 16 points vs the spread, wow!!

I will be back later, hope you have a good start to the week. Thanks as always..

    #28 GA State +16

GA State plays UL-Lafayette away and I think they can score enough to cover. Lost to Air Force 48-38, NMex St 34-31 so they have played decent teams. Good numbers in O- 456 yds/game avg, 332 avg passing/game. UL-L is off a bye but have struggled this season at 1-3. Their top WR comes back from injury but isn't expected to be 100%. I think GA State can score 24-28 pts...very possible...don't see UL-L scoring over 40. My guess is UL-L 38-28 type of score.
