Mike Munchak Interviewing for Penn State Job

As soon as Munchak got fired by Titans, he probably became one of the two favorites to become Nittany Lions coach along with Al Golden

Yes, but Munchak firing may have changed that. It is probably just a two-horse race though.

So Golden is staying at Miami, the job may be Munchak's to lose now. As long as he didn't blow interview, Munchak should be, well, golden (sorry).

Munchak reminds me of this fking "friend" I had for 7 years, Mundschenk who ends up penetrating me out of 3k then years later asks "why we stopped hanging out?" Lol

am i missing something? guy was 22-26 in the nfl and has no college experience, how could this possibly be a good hire?

feels like he forced himself out of tennessee because he want to come here.

i remember when pitt hired dave wanstedt and they made a big deal about that like it was vince lombardi or somethingthe same thing is happening just 2 hours down the road.

To coach at Penn St. right now you have to be an amazing recruiter. Not sure an NFL coach with no college experience is the way to go.

Agree. The stink of the pedophilia is what people know the program for these days, not its winning.

At least it makes it easy to see who the stupid and uneducated people are, which is most of the population.

Btw, the hire would be James Franklin if our AD wasn't incompetent. He wants the job, cause he isn't a retarded person on the internet.

I could care less who gets the PSU job as long as it's not Al Golden, we like him just fine down here. Now that the NCAA is done with their investigation, the U is slowly on the way back, they even have a top five recruiting class coming in. I really hope Al stays, he's got something good going on at UM, I would hate to see him leave, although it would be understandable if he left for Happy Valley.

They should hire a black coach, too many white coaches in d1 football.

Don't know what happened to Munchak, but Franklin has been offered the job. Ball now in Franklin's court, if he declines, Munch could be the back-up

I would rather see Munchak come back to Houston, and be our O-line coach. Maybe our QB's would not have to run for their lives.
