Why Idaho has an Edge on Bowling Green
Both teams can't stop each other but Idaho has more weapons. Bowling Green is basically a two man offensive gang in Tyler Sheehan and Fred Barnes. Although Fred Barnes has 138 receptions, 16 touchdowns, and 1,551 yards, every other receiver is not even close to be a contributing threat. Plus, Bowling Green has an anemic running game, so play-action will be completely useless.

Idaho on the other hand has a bruising running game in Demaudry Woolrigde. This guys a beast, and will be factor when they need to move the ball in a goal line or short yardage situation. Idaho also has a multiple receiving threat in Max Komar, Daniel Hardy, and deep threat Maurice Shaw. The three combined for 128 receptions, 2315 yards, and 19 touchdowns.

I can see a shootout in this game since both defenses aren't that great. In a shootout scenario, the edges goes to Idaho with the more diversify offense. This is Idaho first bowl game in a very long time, so they will be pump for this one. This game will also be played in Boise, so it's basically another home game, just outdoors on the blue turf.

Bowling Green is coming into this game with 4 straight wins and Idaho is coming in with 3 straight losses. Bowling Greens wins were against shitty teams while Idaho's losses were against better teams. To me, this game is a toss up as the line indicates. I really don't know who to pick

But I do see a lot of scoring so I'll probably just take the OVER.
