Everyone is oozing with this +7 USF line

Both teams are bad. I know USF played UCF very close last week, but a Rutgers win at home by a TD would not shock me by any means. Was hoping some of you could shed some light on this lock perception. Thanks!

I'm not on this game, but I would lean to Rutgers. USF played their hearts out last week losing a close game against UCF, It's hard to see them getting up to play this week. Rutgers however is 5-6 so a win gives them a .500 season, I think Rutgers has more to play for.

RU has fallen apart and I don't think it'll matter where they play. Taking USF is a huge gamble just because they suck so much. May be worth the USF ML for a little but that's all.

Rutgers falls apart to anyone who can throw, but damn....what offense does USF have. They rank near the bottom in passing and rushing.
