    Seriously, who's beating FSU?

    Nobody! That's who.

Did you see their first drive, they substitute with a second string that's better than most first string defenses.

Alabama (and I like them sort of) can't beat them, Oregon? Stanford exposed those frauds, Ohio State can't hang with them...................

Then the Seminoles kick off after scoring an effortless TD, WF first pass, FSU picks off and runs back to the 1

    Best team in the nation,

the question is....if both they and Ohio State go undefeated....how could you possibly justify denying Ohio State a spot in the National Title game after two straight undefeated seasons?

yes the SOS is bad...but I think two straight undefeated makes up for that....

to be honest i think Baylor can beat FSU. their defense is FOR REAL. physical, speed, rush the passer. they have it all. that would be one of hell of a ball game. some how i think we'll end up seeing it.

I justify it by just watching the damn games.....FSU would run Ohio State off the field and so would Bama

do not over look Baylor....they would need SeaStrunk 100% healthy tho.

they are no gimmick who just outscores you anymore. they just obliterate you and do whatever they please. exactly just as FSU does.

I'm hammering them vs. whoever in the title game.

Their depth and talent on both sides of the ball is amazing.

Top-shelf recruiting classes really showing their stripes.

    This

Seminoles are three deep in every position.

FSU defense just picked off Tanner Price again, who is actually a pretty good QB, yet again.

21-0 without even breaking a sweat yet.

Welp - the rest of their schedule sucks if that's what you mean...

Play a great team on the road, get behind a little bit. Lotta things can happen in this emotional game.

Be down a score, get an INT in the endzone and have it called back due to a BS PI call. Have that get in your head.

FSU is great, but who can beat them? A lot of teams. Prob not anyone they will be playing tho.

It's quite entertaining reading the plethora of knowledge in these threads, really the knowledge is out of this galaxy.

Bama is so far ahead of everyone else it's just not even close. I understand people WANT them to lose, but it doesn't mean it's going to happen.

I'm praying to god FSU remains undefeated so I can get that match up in the NC game. Everyone falling in love with FSU and Winston is going to present a great wagering opportunity with a generous line for Bama.

FSU hasn't played real football. Bama vs FSU is like men vs boys, they're going to see speed and toughness like they've never seen before. Winston is going to see pressure and coverage unlike anything he's seen before.

A Freshman QB going up against Bama and Saban with a month to prepare? Many people are going to be shocked to see FSU get absolutely obliterated in the trenches. Bama isn't as flashy because that's not how they play, but they've shown if they have to put up 42+ they will.

While everyone lets their emotions and over reactions of beating garbage teams by large margins cloud their minds, I'll be looking at things through non biased minds realizing this will be one of the best wagering opportunities you will see,

Remember fellas they play in th ACC.

So they beat Clemson and Miami and now they are unbeatable?

Clemson and Miami are not in the same class as Ohio State.

Also, remember that people were saying the same thing about Oregon after they beat bad teams by large margins. They go to Stanford, get absolutely dominated in the trenches by a team that's far more physical then they are, a team that also plays big boy football.

Ive said it for years and I'll continue to say it, while the rest of college football changes, the NC remains in the SEC, which just so happens to be the best defensive conference in football. Just because a lot of teams are seeking the video game offences and trying to make the game a more offensive one doesn't mean that it's right. The SEC will continue to win the NC until other teams decide to build from their defence up.

So, the ignorant can continue to think that the game is changing and video game offences are taking over, and the SEC will continue to own college football.

Some people are ignorant and simply lack basic knowledge.

You do realize that the style of play you're witnessing has been around for the past 7 years. Let me ask you, how many of those teams have a NC to show for it? They must certainly have at least 1, right?

    Really?

Both SoS's Bama and FSU is even, miniscule edge to Tide.
FSU is third in the nation in scoring offense.
Bama leads the nation in scoring defense, Seminoles are 4th.

Get off your high horse, Alabama is not light years better than FSU, and Winston being a freshman has nothing to do with nothing.

This isn't about what a computer tells you regarding strength of schedule, this is about style of play. You neglected the question. How many of these flashy, gimmicky video game offences have won a NC the last 7 years? How many Oregon teams would do exactly what FSU does, then face Stanford or an SEC team and get completely shut down? Everyone was raving how Oregon was better than FSU days ago, now because they got shut down they say FSU is way better. They're not, they just haven't had to face a team like Stanford yet.

    What about their schedule?

Seminoles are 3-0 versus top 25's

Beat Maryland (25 at the time) 63-0. SIXTY THREE
    Beat #3 Clemson 51-14
And do we really need to revisit the Miami game?

If one thinks Alabama is going roll this FSU team, one is ignorant.
FSU has answered every threat thrown at them this year, and crushed it.

Being voted high in the AP and Coaches Poll is a huge part of getting into the NC game. FSU knows this and will be crushing fools to firmly implant themselves at No. 2.

What I am saying? SEC has had this advantage for quite some time now. Bama is allowed to lose a game year in and year out because voters love them.

    # No pressure

Just go 2-1 v the three hard games on your schedule and you're in!

Sweep Georgia State, Chatanooga and the likes. Don't lose against Kentucky, Arkansas, Tenn, Miss State and Auburn and a guaranteed spot in the Nat. Champ game. Must be nice!

Where can I get FSU +8?
I'm on that like stink on shit.

Right now, Bama is -1 on a neutral field, according to Sagarin, who a) is on the voting board, b)who's numbers pretty much mirrors Vegas's numbers week in week out.

Right now, Alabama would be -1, public would bet it up to -3, where the game would settle.
