Utah +7 (USC under 50 healthy players!)
With the sanctions and recent injuries (ND game and practice this week), USC's roster is really decimated. Utah is a solid team and their QB will play after minor injury. USC's energy burst from Cookie Monster has run its course. Utah will be fielding the better team and will probably win straight up.
