Thankfully it looks like the voters are smart enough to know that, and even though Fresno keeps winning-- they are not moving much in either the AP or Coaches poll.
In fact, Fresno won this week and actually dropped a spot in the AP poll.
The margin between Fresno and NIU is now .0473. Translation, if NIU beats Ball State-- they will pass Fresno State and with Fresno's strength of schedule it is going to be tough to move climb back over NIU.

KD, I think you need to take a closer look at those numbers.
NIU actually made up ground in the Harris Poll on Fresno State this weekend.
In last week's BCS rankings, Fresno had a 315 point lead on NIU. NIU made a 77 point move into that lead.
More, NIU's average computer rank is 13th.
Fresno's is 15th.
I'm calling it now. If NIU beats Ball State, they will leap over Fresno State and remain there.
