LSU vs Georgia - total talk

What about this total at 61?

I'm making the case that the loser in this game has at least 28, making the Over look pretty good. Georgia has given up 30, 38 to decent opponents. LSU has not played anyone good but gave up 27 and 21 to very average teams.

BTW, I like Georgia in this one. I think they are better at QB although Mettenberger is a guy I really like. Murray at home has been in so many big games. The conference finale against bama comes to mind but the list is long.

If there is an argument for the Under I'd love to hear it.

I guess the early pace could decide the Over. LSU has a much better pass game than they have been showing...or at least that is my theory. They are certainly as deep at WR as any team in the country.

To reason the Under is the play is to reason that the probable score of the loser will be around 23-26. With LSU's defense I don't see any way they hold Murray to that amount. My only concern on the Over is LSU's offense. LSU played Auburn like an exhibition game or did they? If that is as good as it gets then they could get stuck in the low 20's.

The craziest part to me is 10 years ago sec games like this had totals set around 38-42. That being said I'm on UGA and based on the dawg run game being the difference ...
