    Clemson first half totals

Dont you have to take Clemson first half TT? Should be in 21 to 24 range.

If it's in that range, without a doubt. We could very well put up 21 in the first quarter.

I figure with game total at 66, Clemson TT for game will be 40 and NC St will be 26. I think NC St TT is also a little high.

Little more food for thought: we scored 347 first half points last season, as opposed to 186 in the second half. Chad Morris tends to go fast pace with the starters, get up big and then plug in the younger guys to gain experience in that warp speed style (which obviously results in fewer late 3rd and 4th quarter points).

Oregon scored more points than any other team in the 1Q last year. (Clemson was third at 11.9 points per game in the first quarter.) Clemson was the highest-scoring team in the 2Q, at 15.3 points per game.

I like the NC St TT under. Clemson defense still looking to make a statement that they are better than advertised and in the past going up against a second string qb that so far has 0 TDs and 3 Interceptions. Clemson's only weakness is the secondary, and NC State won't be able to exploit it.
