Alabama -7 @ Texas A&M. This game will go a long way in decieding the SEC West championship, and a possible trip to Pasadena. A&M had no problems scoring, but did not fare well defensively against two cream puffs. 'Bama had no problem handling Va. Tech, but the offense did not perform well.

UCLA @ Nebraska -4. A revenge game for Nebraska. The Cornhusker offense seems to be in sinc, but the defense gave up 34 points to Wyoming at home. UCLA had no problems scoring against Nevada, but also had a rocky defensive game. The scoreboard operator will be busy in this game. We will see just how good the Big 10 and Pac 12 Conferences really are.

Tennessee @ Oregon -22. Tennessee looked good in their first two games, one against Western Kentucky, who beat the SEC's Kentucky team. Oregon just marches on offensively, but the defense may have some question marks.

Mississippi @ Texas -4.5. Ole Miss won a tough come-from-behind game at Vandy, and rolled SE. Missouri State. Texas rolled over New Mexico State but was crushed by BYU, the same BYU that lost to Virginia in week 1. UVA held BYU to 16 points. BYU laid 40 on Texas.

Washington -8 vs Illinois in Chicago. Washington dismantled BYU at home and then took a week off. Illinois is a suprising 2-0 after stunning Cincinnati by 25 points. Another Big 10-Pac 12 game of interest.

Oregon State @ Utah -1. Oregon State beat Hawaii after a stunning loss to Eastern Washington. Hawaii held Oregon State even in the first half. Utah beat Utah State to open the season and crushed Weber State last week. A critical game for two Pac 12 wanna-be's.
