    EARLY GAMES- 2 touchdown favorites: which would you play?

    It's decision time on these 2 TD favorites for the noon-er this Saturday:


    1) CAL (-13.5) at MINN



    2) LOUSV at KENTKY (-14)


    Looking for thoughts- whats the play if going to play one of these games?


    CAL at MINN

    MINN looked terrible against the likes of little ole' SYR while CAL has routed the pathetic MRYLND.


    I don't like the idea of giving Decker and company +13.5.
    CAL should look to demonstrate that they are PAC10 contenders, but travel all that way to do so.

    Does CAL destory MINN?




    LOUSV at KENTKY

    LOUSV blew out a non-board school and KENTKY routed a terrible MIA(OH) team.

    I am leaning towards KY -14 at home here.


    KENTKY hasn't had but one game to prove improvement from last year's 7-6 season- does it matter?

    My thoughts are this UK team could cover this line easily against perhaps the worst team in the Big East.
    LOUSV has been TERRIBLE last season. Their only road win was against MEMPHIS.

    Am I underestimating how aweful LOUSV will be? Can LOUSV cover this game?

    KENTKY -7 1H

    This game line is moving! down to -13

    1H went -6.5 shortly after I booked , but I took the 7 at -105. I don't expect UK to be forced into many field goals early on

    If LOUSV thought keeping IND ST out the endzone was difficult, they're in for a real challenge!


    As far as CAL at MINN, decided no play for me. MINN sh_it on me at SYR but I still think they could change their ways, with the talented Decker. I would play CAL -9 but since it's a daunting 13.5 I'll stay out.

    Alright, I've had my fun with the noon-er games!!

    I'm very happy I stayed away from DUKE and TEMPLE. I was a sucker for huge +pts last season, no more!

    I hope CAL blows the doors off MINN here in the 2H for all you CAL backers.

    I'm going to start working on my MID afternoon play!
