GEORGIA TECH (9-4) at W VIRGINIA (10-2)
Both teams have excellent rush defenses and are about equal in the passing game. Whichever team can establish a running game should win this one. The spread however is way too high as I think this will be a defensive struggle. I like GT plus the points and the under.
With you on this one Ill. Getting the much, much better defense and double digits is quite the opportunity. I love how everyone is acting like the loss of Reggie Ball kills Georgia Tech's chances. It doesn't take much to throw the ball to Calvin Johnson, and WVU can't cover anybody. Taylor Bennett is a better pure passer than Ball anyway. If WVU acts like they think they should be in the BCS, they are liable to get beat here.
How bad is Slatton's should hurt is the real question guys. WV is trying to down play his injury, and thats never a good sign when coaches do that stuff.
Also think the Rodriguez situation may have the WVU kids having conflicting emotions in this game.
W. Virginia was overrated, and I agree that Bennett will be more effective than people think.

I have played a 4 team parlay earlier this week before it was announced Ball didn't want to go to class. I had them +7 then and see it has gone to 10. Heck I like them more now knowing Ball is not out there. In case you wondered who my other 3 teams are I will post them here..

LSU -9

Even without Reggie Ball i'm gonna take my chances with GT +11 today.
Slaton will play, but Rodriguez has said he will share carries. I think Tech and the points are a nice play. I'm probably gonna drop a little on Tech to outright win this at +305 just for the hell of it. GL!
OVER looking real good. Already 45 points in the 1st half. I got it at 47, so if I get fcuked on this one, I quit betting.
GT is really looking good so far but plenty of game left...

This is un feakin belivable. If I had WV never in a milion years would they mount this kind of comeback. GT better match their intensity and quit giving up on this game...

Up 18 early in the 3rd, and BAM. Down 3. GT needs to get their heads out of their asses. This is bullsheit.
I can't help but to feel I put the curse of death on them. You can see what I mean in the new post I started..

Had to sweat this one out until the last play. White looked like he was trying to score, but I don't think they would have kicked the extra point anyways with no time left.
I give GT some credit for not getting swept under. I could have easily seen WVa putting up a couple more TDs once they got the lead with 6 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.
This ended up being a sweater for that Georgia Tech side. Blew a 18 point lead, and almost gave up a touchdown with no time left.
Swept this bowl none the less with the OVER and GT.
I thought we were gonna blow that one too at the end looker. I'm just glad they knocked him out of bounce at the end was all.
Did you see that near TD? That would have crushed me...I have now only Oklahoma and LSU left to hit my 4 team parlay. C'mon Sooners tonite!!
