you're missing the point. The type of bet that this outcome effected did not change any of the high profile spreads, ML's or totals. It only affected the live betting options. You got pounded in the ass by the refs. You were wronged and fuked over, but that has nothing to do with Heritage. They have to pay out the people who were on the other side of the bet that you made, so I doubt they will pay you out too. GL trying to protest that though...

A lot of books don't even offer a 2h ML. I think that last TD was the refs long lost nephew or something, because he was about as close to scoring as I was to winning my 2H -3 on UCLA
