Ball State QB Wenning expected to start tonight

The article states that Wenning is not 100%, as he cannot sprint out of the pocket, but can move within. The backup Page may see some action, but seems not to be much of a factor.
I took Ball St +8 in some parlays, I do not see UCF showing much effort in this game. The way they salted away that Championship game vs Tulsa, and this Bowl game not being very far from home add up to a disinterested UCF squad IMO.
