Guys this is an absolute no-brainer. For a team that has shown as much character at this PSU team has, you have to think they will come out fired up and ready for their finale with no postseason. Wisconsin relies so heavily on Ball with the running game and even though Mauti is out, I think PSU will be able to contain him and the Badgers will have issues moving the ball.
O'Brien has done wonders with McGloin and this offense. While still lacking big plays, Penn State no longer has a stale offense as O'Brien has added some creative wrinkles.
-2 is a gift here. The Nittany Lions will win today and cover fairly easily.
This is Penn St.s bowl game -2 seems like a good play - Badgers have no real QB so it's all on the run game (which is outstanding but . . . ) Game is somewhat meaningless to badgers and VERY meaningful for Penn St.
