What can be said about a line...

that has over 90% of the bets on one side but has not moved at all from its opener?

Or o we need more facts to make any statement at all?

Percentage alone is not sufficient to get a picture of what is going on

You need know also how many bets have been made

    Be careful here.

The line may have moved in one direction and then in the other with both moves cancelling each other giving the impression or illusion that the line didn't move at all.

FWIW, all 4 games so far this week have had that happen, and had you played that move you'd be 3-1. Public was all over Ohio, Toledo and Florida State yet the line went DOWN and the dogs all covered (2 actually straight up won and VT damn near did). The Colts/Jags game was the 1 loss.

    To answer the original question:

Take UConn at +3.5 or higher

    Don't think twice about it
