Washington Huskies +7 and ML +230

Take a look. People say it's tough to play in Seattle well this game is at Century Link field too.

Huge game for Washington as they have one of the toughest schedules in the PAC 12 and Stanford coming off a huge upset over USC while only thing the Huskies have done is get shit kicked by LSU.

Just like the Seahawks the Huskies for some reason play like god at home when facing a decent team....

This is a coming out game for Keith Price and love this spot for Washington.

This will come down to a FG most likely....

    Like it.

Paranoid about "balancing out" correction that's coming Canuck. You know what I mean.

One of the best plays of the year I'd think.

Stanford won their big early conference opener they had circled all offseason, shot their wad everywhere, now they're in their first road game with a terrible QB first time away from home in the loudest NFL stadium with a College crowd on a Thursday Night. Both teams off a bye. Stanford listened for 12 days about how good they are for beating SC at home in the worst game of Barkley's career.

Wash has been particularly unimpressive even against SDSU at home is the only concern.

If Stanford lost by DD to SC, this line is 3 or less. Couldn't draw up a better fade perception letdown spot.

Wash looking bad at home vs SDSU isn't really that bad....as an athlete you can't get more fired up than this. They play USC at home and Huskies are always good for an upset at home and more likely to come vs Stanford...

The latest blow came Monday when Sarkisian announced during his weekly news conference that sophomore guard Colin Tanigawa will be out for the season (apparently with a knee injury). Tanigawa did not play in UW's win over Portland State on Sept. 15 but his status was not clarified until Monday.
Tanigawa was a starter a year ago, one of four regulars on the 2011 line that projected to return this season. But three are out, two for the season.Joining Tanigawa on the sidelines is junior guard/tackle Erik Kohler, out indefinitely with a knee injury that dates to fall camp and was aggravated against LSU.And lost for good in the spring was junior guard Colin Porter, who was forced to give up football due to chronic shoulder issues. That leaves only senior center Drew Schaefer of the four returners who started last season. The other starter was left tackle Senio Kelemete, now with the Arizona Cardinals.

I don't know if -13 would be the right cap, however this line looks like a gift. I think the line is a false pretense to a tight game

Washington is a very soft team, mentally. Very talented, but frustrating to watch. If they get down by a couple TD's, I would expect them to insta-fold.

If you like Washington to play well, then consider the Over 21.5
instead. Better chance of hitting that, imo.
I might take Overs in both Team Totals separately.

line dropped on TT"s, I just placed my bets...

    taking Wash U Over 20.5
    taking Stanford Over 27

    50% each

Stanford has a 50% passing QB in his 1st start ever on the road for an offense that is conservative to begin with. Stanford TT Over is terrible. TT Under is maybe a better bet than Wash points

i stumbled across marc lawrence's weekly tout sheet (i like his preview magazine, not crazy about his angle-based analysis though). anyway, he has washington as 10 point SU winner.

careful here canuck. i believe stanford is number 1 in nation against the rush if not def top 5 wjth that smashmouth style they love. UW very finess team and they have 5 OL hurt including three starters. price is going to be running for his life all night long

this game is too much of a wildcard. i can see washington winning by 10 or stanford winning by 21 halfway thru the 2nd quarter............. so NO PLAY

didn't washington get curb stomped by LSU?

what makes anyone think they can hang with a team that beat the #1 team in the nation?

if this was on a short week right after the USC game i could see your point. but Stanford has been practicing and studying film and game planning for 10 days.

there is not a chance that they come out unprepared. these are smart kids too with a good coach. they will not take washington lightly.
