    NCAAF Disappointing teams...

Every year, there are always some disappointments in college football, in this thread I would like to see who some people think are the disappointments and the sleepers..

Disappointments to me are South Carolina, Michigan State, Stanford, and Virginia Tech.

Granted, it was the first week, but really I did not see anything too promising from any of these teams.

The teams I think that could be good sleepers are; Temple, Nevada, Miami(Fl), and Baylor...

    Thoughts?

Going to disagree on Mich st. New QB being broken in in primetime and they still win with mistakes. Strong D and if you look at the play by play of that Boise game, they controlled that game. They are gonna turn heads I feel.

Like all the sleepers, not many people look at Nevada at all.

Yea, I like Nevada a lot. I don't really know if I like that weird pistol formation they run, but it seems to do the job. Another big one, Arkansas State I think. Seems like they do the exact same play over and over again, but it seems to work pretty well. Although they did get beat by Oregon, but Arkansas State. They have one more tough matchup in Nebraska, but besides that, I fully expect that team to run the table.

seems everyone loves nevada because it's an overlooked team. a yogi berra-ism although i like them too and i don't think usf travels well

not crazy about temple as time passes since al golden. and i saw a suggestion they will have low scoring offense but be fave in alot of games

Love Nevada - big sleeper this year

All Big Ten teams are disappointing (possible exception of Nebraska)

Watch out for that Mich St - Central Mich game; MSU has won only 5 out of 8 meetings with the Chippewas

I don't agree. We will find out if they can execute against a pretty tough S.FL defense. I like the bulls to cause havoc to the misdirection pistol. If they can beat S. Fl I'll be a believer.
