Vandenberg should be good enough to offset who knows what they're going to do with their running game.

    Emphasis on should.

This is a tough game to pick. Iowa could fall.

So is it all or nothing then? Meaning if Iowa can play as they should be able to theyll cover? And if not they can likely lose? Or is there a large enough interval of possibility in between where Iowa wins by 1-9 pts?

I believe Iowa still wins the game if they don't play their best. It will be a good game, though.

I like NIU by 10 or more. Anything less and I lose interest.

It's going to rain, so yeah, I'd say the possibility of an Iowa win by 1-9 is there.
