    I think if you watched that last game LSU had some huge breaks, they are not going to miss all those FG's again.

    LSU definitely has a home field advantage to a point here considering it's in New Orleans but shouldn't they be favored? And there will be a big Bama turnout. I mean, LSU already beat this team once, plus home field, plus #1 ranking...makes you think...

    Over 60% on LSU right now, line move slightly to Bama -1

    Based on this horseshit BCS no playoff bullshit that preaches "body of work", shouldn't LSU win the national title or a share of it with a loss?
    I mean look at it, they beat all kinds of top 15 teams on the road (wv, ore, etc.)

    Seriously, can you imagine if the NFL did this, last year NE vs ATL in the superbowl, this yr it would be NE vs GB. Stupid system, I'll never understand it.

    All they have to do is designate 7 BCS bowls, Jan 1 you could have national quarterfinals, the next week 2 bowls could be the national semi finals and the following week the real national championship. Just take the top 8 BCS ranked teams at seasons end or, if that's too many take the top 4.

    Nah, You just pit the top 4 teams in the top 2 bowls around Jan. 2nd and then let the 2 winners play a week later on the 9th for the championship ...

    Jarett lees' 1.5 quarters of poor play kept alabama in it, very tough spot for jefferson to step into as well. I like LSU deceisively second time around. The general media consesus that bama wins is all the fuel LSU needs to avoid coming out flat and falling behind early.
