Seems to me that Western Michigan should be the favorite here rather than the dog, and you're starting to see some books shift the line that direction as money comes in. Western Michigan clearly has the better offense here, with the better QB, but Miami puts up good defensive stats. In the end, it should be pretty close, but I see Western Michigan winning by at least a field goal, probably a touchdown.
Let's face it, Memphis has just flat out sucked this year. With a record of 2-8, and an average of 16.6 points per game, this team is nothing to be proud of. Granted, Marshall hasn't exactly been hot either, with a record of 4-6 and 20.8 points per game, but the difference in my opinion is defense. Memphis has given up an average of over 35 points per game. Sure, Marshall has given up 31, but when you combine the offensive advantage and the defensive advantage, Marshall is likely to cover here. I see them winning by at least two touchdowns.
