    Yes, this one stood out to me also earlier this afternoon. I see a final score along the lines of 17 to 10. Taking the under for sure here.

    The only way I see this game going over is if Nebraska pounds the hell out of them.

    Penn State games usually are gold for the under but it's hard to know the state of mind these kids are in after a wild week with JoePa getting the boot and all the media coverage around the university.

    most people don't understand how terrible penn state is on offense, it is off the charts when it comes to being efficient. they will score by sure accident of the opposing team not tackling or looking at cheerleaders.
