Still a little iffy on the NIU bet. I generally pick pretty well, but have problems making good money. I usually only start with a 20 dollar bank roll and work my way up. The problem comes in when I get impatient and try to grow my bankroll too quickly. I generally only fund my account once every couple months (this ensures that I will never lose too much of my personal money). Last year started with $20 and raised it to $400 in about 2-3 weeks. I lost 3/4 of that on one bet when I took Stanford minus the points against Arizona State. The Stanford RB broke free with under 2 minutes left in the game, and wouldve covered, but the Stanford RB dropped on the 3 yard line so Stanford could run out the clock. Anyone have any good advice in wagering techniques when trying to grow such a small bankroll?
Don't put 75% on one game......when it comes down to it, hittin spreads is 50%.....Pick 5 good plays, rate them from best to worst, and then divide them accordingly
